Excellent hotel with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a great bar/lounge. The staff once helped me with directions to attractions, which I remember fondly. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

The breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff was very friendly, especially Marco in the dining room, who was not just engaging but also made sure that everything was perfect in the dining area.

It’s wasn’t exactly a bargain for what I paid, but all things considered, it felt acceptable.

The bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby, and the large bathroom was a nice surprise too! I totally loved the cozy lounge area and the option to get a foot massage after a long day. The only thing that could be better is adding some fresh veggies to the breakfast spread. 😊

The breakfast buffet had freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices. The family room was spacious and had vintage decor that added a lot of charm. It's super close to the Duomo, making sightseeing a breeze. Staff were really helpful in getting us a taxi when we needed one in the morning.

During my stay, I loved how easy it was to stroll over to the Galleria dell'Accademia, which was less than a 15-minute walk away, and the nearby Mercato Centrale where I enjoyed delicious local food just a few steps from my hotel. the staff was also super friendly, offering helpful directions and great recommendations for seeing the best of the city.

Our room was pretty cozy and had this classic Italian vibe that felt really nice. The marble bathroom was a highlight, and it was good size, too. But there was an occasional smell from the restroom area in the room, which wasn’t ideal. Otherwise, the high ceilings and vintage decor added charm.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Albani Firenze! The location is perfect, just a quick walk to the train station and a short stroll to the stunning Duomo. Our room was cozy with a classic Italian vibe, and the marble bathroom was a real treat. The breakfast spread was quite nice, and the staff members were genuinely friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was hardly functional, leaving me uncomfortable during the heat of the day. The shower design was frustrating, as it didn’t drain properly, causing a mess every time I attempted to use it. Additionally, I noticed insects in my room which was quite alarming and made my stay less enjoyable.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the iconic Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery, both easily accessible. The breakfast buffet was impressive, and the rooms had a lovely vintage vibe. Perfect spot for those wanting to be near the train station yet close enough to walk to the main attractions.

One downside was the occasional smell from the restroom area in our room, which wasn’t ideal.
